Job description
San Francisco or Remote / Engineering - Data / Full-time
Fast are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our company, and help create an astounding, creative, and robust data team. Are you passionate about data? Committed to results, and want the best environment to produce them? If so, Fast wants to speak with you!

Role
Contribute to cutting-edge data architecture to prepare us for future extensive scaling
Design beautiful, clean, sophisticated code, and model large scale services and systems
Execute and manage data modeling exercises for analytics and predictions
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure success
Develop and manage test cases, data infrastructure, and tools
Establish and detail foundational work and frameworks, and establish processes that will lead us into the next great phase

Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
3+ years' at a senior or higher data engineering role levels
Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL (as well as all relevant data technology)
Fantastic communication, and the burning desire to inspire change through data

Plus
2+ years within e-commerce industry - ideally at an e-commerce platform
